Miraculous Medal Framed

Between July and December 1830 Sister Catherine, a young Seminary Sister (novice) of the Daughters of Charity, received the extraordinary favour of conversing with the Virgin Mary on three occasions.

Catherine described Mary as being of medium height, clothed in white. Our Lady's dress was a specific style with a high neck and plain sleeves. She wore a white veil which ran to her feet. The veil was pulled back to reveal Our Lady's stunningly beautiful face.
